IDENTITY CARD

OPALE ROSE

Rose Opal is a soft, milky variety of common opal, prized for its tender color and discreet reflections. Less spectacular than iridescent noble opal, it radiates subtlety: it embodies delicacy, inner listening and emotional reconciliation. Sought-after in jewelry for its satiny brilliance and palette ranging from pale pink to old rose, it is often associated with healing the heart and loving-kindness.

A little history

Peruvian Pink Opal, sometimes called "Andean Stone", was already used by pre-Columbian peoples in healing rituals linked to love and family. It sometimes adorned objects dedicated to Pachamama, the goddess of Mother Earth. Although it lacks the play of light of noble opal, it is today highly prized in lithotherapy and jewelry for its visual softness and ability to soothe without ever dominating.
