Price :
Our jewelry prices are quoted in euros, all taxes included. Delivery is free within the European Union and Switzerland. For other countries, delivery charges are specified at the time of order and are payable by the User.
Terms of payment :
Purchases can be paid for :

Payment is secured by a recognized payment platform.
3. Order and Delivery
Ordering :
You can order on the website or by phone. The order will only be confirmed after receipt of the acknowledgement of receipt sent by Solenn and after receipt of payment.
Delivery :
The jewels are delivered to the address indicated at the time of the order within 3 to 4 days. Solenn will inform you by email when your order has been shipped. In the event of a delay, we will inform you of a new delivery date.
4. Returns and Repairs
Warranty:
Each piece of jewelry comes with a one-year warranty against defects and hidden faults. If a defect is confirmed, Solenn will repair or replace the jewelry.
Repair :
For repairs not covered by the warranty, an estimate will be provided. Repairs can be carried out at any time by contacting customer service.
5. Intellectual Property
All elements of the Solenn website, including text, graphics and images, are protected by intellectual property rights. Any unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.
