1-YEAR WARRANTY
At Solenn, every piece of jewelry you order comes with a one-year warranty covering hidden defects and manufacturing faults. Our creations are crafted with the utmost attention to quality. As a token of our commitment, we offer to repair your jewelry in the event of a proven defect. Should a problem arise, we will examine the jewel to determine the origin of the defect. If we are responsible for the defect, we will cover the cost of repair and return. Please note that this guarantee does not apply to jewelry that has been modified or repaired outside our workshops.
REPAIR OR REFURBISHMENT
If your jewel requires repair or reconditioning that is not linked to a manufacturing defect or fault (such as a shock, a scratch, or an out-of-warranty resizing request), this intervention, if possible, will be carried out at your expense. We will draw up a precise estimate after examining the jewel in our workshop. To initiate this process, simply contact us, and we'll tell you how to send us your piece. Once the estimate has been approved, we will carry out the necessary repairs and return the piece to you promptly.
TRANSPARENCY AND HONESTY
