IDENTITY CARD

PREHNITE

Prehnite, with its translucent water-green hues, immediately evokes peace, openness and receptivity. Less well known than other stones, it is no less precious symbolically: it is often described as the stone of the inner "healer". Its gentle, constant vibration invites us to slow down, listen and connect with our deepest wisdom. It is a stone of lucid calm, spiritual grounding and harmony between intellect and intuition.

A little history

La Préhnite owes its name to the colonel Hendrik von PrehnGovernor of the Cape of Good Hope in the 18th century, who was the first to bring this stone back to Europe. It was thus the first stone officially named after a person. Although only recently discovered compared with other gems, it quickly became popular for its gentle beauty and its use in fine jewelry and meditation. In southern Africa, it is still considered a protective stone for sacred spaces.
