If you're not completely satisfied, you can return the jewelry for a full refund within 30 days of receipt, including personalized jewelry.
RETURN OPTIONS
Return for Refund
If the jewel you receive does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us for a refund.
Refunds for orders are made after receipt and inspection of the jewelry, within 12 days.
Exchange
If you wish to exchange the jewel you have received for another model in our collection, this is also possible.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To benefit from the 30-day return guarantee, the following conditions must be met:
- The jewelry must be in impeccable condition and must not have been worn.
- The jewel must not have been the subject of a previous size modification request.
- You have not already made a definitive return for another piece of jewelry from a previous purchase.
- In the case of an order containing several items, the full return is only applicable to one piece of jewelry in order to prevent abuse.
- Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt.
Returns and exchanges for jewelry delivered to French overseas departments and territories are possible, but may take longer and involve customs charges.

The 30-day return service is completely free of charge. Solenn takes care of return shipping costs for Metropolitan France, French overseas departments and territories, as well as for several European countries.
Insurance
Any parcel you return to us is automatically insured by Solenn, so you don't need to take out any additional insurance. Just make sure you keep proof of shipment.
